We are seeking to fill the following positions:
Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator position. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic performer that can lead a strong team of construction professionals. This position will be the primary client contact role during Construction Phase as well as accountability for financial, scheduling and quality aspects of the project. A strong desire to learn will be welcomed by a friendly organization with the willingness to train the right individual in the specifics of our firm.
Job Description: Responsibilities include working and supervising on site construction effort to ensure completion of the job is within budget and time restraints. The Superintendent must be able to effectively communicate with Project Owners, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and company associates. Obtain pricing quotes from subcontractors on select project. Review scope of work the subcontractors quoted to ensure all aspects of project are covered by subcontractor. Assist with obtain measurements on private negotiated clients and obtain all materials needed for project to start construction.

The successful candidate will be a support position and should be an energetic performer that can assist a strong team of construction professionals. Further, they must exhibit strong customer service skills, high ethical standards, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude in the face of constantly changing priorities.

The successful candidate will be a support position and should be an energetic performer that can assist a strong team of construction professionals.
