CEO / PRESIDENT

Mr. Pavlatos oversees C & N Contractor’s day-to-day operations, including client and project management, estimating, service, human resources, field operations and personnel, marketing, and business development.

VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

Mr. York coordinates and supervises the construction process from conceptual development stage through the final construction. He has been in the Construction industry for over 35 years and has a myriad experience in all types of project delivery systems.

DOUGLAS GARRETT
SUPERINTENDENT

Doug has been on-site superintendent for numerous health care and school projects with C&N. He coordinates project schedule and labor budget, and works to maintain and enforce safe working practices as he oversees all field forces.

JOHN CODY
FIELD SUPERVISOR

John has been in the construction trades since 1979 and with C&N for 3 years overseeing multiple building projects at once, he is responsible for supervising the staff at each construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and that standards of quality are met.

RACHEL WIRICK

OFFICE MANAGER

Rachel Wirick has been our Office Manager since 2021. She ensures that the C & N office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Rachel oversees administrative duties accurately and enjoys the challenges of supporting those around her.

CONTROLLER

Paul Quolke is the Controller for C&N Contractors. He has been here with our company since 2006.

JASON ROSEBROUGH

SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Jason Rosebrough is one of our Site Superintendents and supervises the job site and make sure things go as planned. He talks with our project manager about issues on the job site and/or changes on the blueprint.
